It was unique, huge and with a huge modern bathroom.

The venue was in a central location right by the main town square, the center of city, and stunning and often snow-covered mountains. I usually went to Mcdonald's to grab a bite.

The staff were very unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.

Perfectly clean property, exceptionally friendly staff. New-fashioned comfort queen room, extremely comfy beds. An electronic key card, a work desk, and TV were nice. Very nice boutique building, marvellous location near to many shops and restaurants, restaurant and the main pedestrian street. Again, not far from Villach Innenstadt. Very efficient service from the staff. Easy parking nearby.

Perfect, particularly good location in the pedestrian area. Walking distance to shopping centres and the Christmas market across the street.

The hotel had a central location and it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Relief von Karnten. You could walk to a mall and the Christmas market.

My favourite property in Villach. The incredibly friendly and excellent staff all round. Good location not far from the center next to the pedestrian zone, outstanding food. Also, in an excellent location-close to everything. Great to have an attached restaurant with very good food😀

Plentiful and astonishing breakfasts, can't be beat.

The location is perfect and excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Museum of the City of Villach. It has both very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was enjoyable. Great-sized and airy units with big bathroom and shower plus nice furnishings, and the staff were helpful.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with well-furnished rooms and a big bathroom. Its location in the centre of town is perfect, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is also great, with a variety of delicious food options, including salmon.

No aspects for improvement mentioned, all was satisfactory.

Service at the reception was very friendly.

All the rooms were told to be non smoking but they were not, and they even had an ash tray and a match box on the table. Next to them was a non-smokin sign though.. It felt like it was there as a joke. We changed rooms once to get a less smokey room but ended up in an even worse stink. Towels and bedding also smelled of smoke. Room needs renovating, walls and ceiling had cracks and white paint seemed to have turned yellow because of smokin gin the room. Very old fashioned look and dark room. Breakfast didn't make a good impression either, Not much choise and some of the products were already finished(and not replaced), even though we went to eat 1,5 hrs before buffet closing time.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Villach. Airy & new-fashioned unit with double bathroom. Fast check-in, wonderful and fantastic location not far from Downtown and the main centre. Also, close to many shops and restaurants.

Complimentary drinks and snacks were offered upon arrival which were a great way to start the weekend. the hotel was located in the heart of the city making it easy to explore the area. the view from the room was breathtaking and definitely a highlight of the stay.

The room was a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the bathroom was outdated and in need of some renovation.
